That’s hilarius because I do that almost every day at the bathroom at work and then just when I get that part done the weight of the roll of paper is heavier than the paper and it pulls off and I am holding one square of paper in my hand. It’s a fight. When it gets too bad I just turn around and pull the darned paper toilet seat cover out and use that - (a new one) not the one I’m seated on.

There are certain products you must absolutely not go the cheap route on. Condoms, Brake Pads, and Toilet Paper just to name a few.
this happens with cheap and expensive paper alike!
