		<description>While it's definitely true that I don't know what this woman's actually dealing with, I'm confident in saying that her smile toward me isn't one of struggle but one of simply not being a genuine person. It's not a smile that fades into sadness, but a smile that fades into apathy. It's said that we smile not only with our mouth but with our eyes. Eyes will tell us if the smile is real and it can also tell us if the person is depressed, angry, or just a great big phony. 
I'm sorry you had to lose such a good friend, but I think we're describing two very different things.</description>

		<description>Let me take a moment and share something with you. Sometimes you just don't know what a person is going through. Recently I lost a good friend of mine to lung cancer. I might of been one of those people who gave you a poor attempt of a smile, but at least it was an attempt. I will share with you the sweetest smile that I have ever received in my life and it came from that friend of mine dying from cancer. Through her pain and I do mean pain she managed to give me a smile. I will never forget it.</description>
