Does it seem to you that people are hinting at the fact that they don't want to talk to you? Maybe you are not very well liked? Maybe you are creepy? Or maybe you're just poor, uninteresting, and ugly. Maybe I should start a radio station for Mr. Interesting pants here that plays songs made of only phone ringing sounds. Sounds like an untapped demographic here. Also, people like you probably don't have much money to spend on little things like call-back tones so it makes perfect sense to have a fit that someone else has the money, and spent it.
