My Biggest Complaint About Delta Underage Passenger Service

my niece flew Delta last April. We paid an extra one hundred to have her escorted to her flights as she was under sixteen. No one met her, she was scared and was never met at either terminal. We were told Delta would refund the hundred but it has never arrived.Because of all the calls and extra trips and time spent tracking her down ,Delta also said they will give me one hundred extra credit towards my next flight! Still waiting.
