Delta just replied to my email confirming they let some passengers cary on bags over a few pounds over the 50 pounds limit, if they have one bag. Yet, they made my wife and I tear apart and redistribute their two bags with one or two pounds over into their other bag having 45 or 46 pounds.
Our Bermuda’s vacation was highlighted by this miserable double standard disgrace.

The Bermuda ticket counter soured the Delta image, as dozens of other passengers in que expressed or commented their disgust shaking their heads while in line.
Several passengers mentioned their support durng the return flight from Bermuda to Boston and cancellng the skymiles incidents. I admitted that I was a permanently disabled Police Officer age 67. They just shook their heads again at this abnorma Delta passenger treatment.
