My Biggest Complaint About Delta Stewardesses Reseating Us

We booked 2 seats in a row, not side-by-side as he wanted the aisle seat and I the window coming from Hawaii.
The stewardess insisted we sit sise-by-side to accommodate a mother and son who could not sit together. We booked our seats to have what we wanted. If they booked their seats too late to get side-by-side or what ever the situation was, we should not be inconvenienced to accommodate them.

  1. You DID NOT have to give up your seats. You did it b/c you were asked and you were cooperative. They can only ask you to do it, they can’t make you.

    I keep telling people here NOT to fly Delta. But I continue to see people come in here and complain about the horrible customer service and customer experience.

    I’m a business traveller and I can tell you from experience, I NEVER fly them anymore. With over 10 years traveling via flights here and there, I know my stuff when it comes to airlines.

  2. So… let me get this straight? You still got to sit side by side, and a mother and her son also got to be together and you are pissy about it? Seriously? It is a VERY MINOR inconvenience to you and probably made a big difference to their trip that they got to sit together.

    A little bit of selflessness goes a long way.
