On June 28th I had the worst experience of my life at JFK and Delta airlines. I was there 3 hours early, they did not have enough agents to ticket all the passengers. People did not make their flight because they were not processed fast enough, hence the agents had to rebook them causing further delays. People were agitated, cutting in line, fighting, etc. There was no security guard. I’ll never fly Delta again……
