My Biggest Complaint About Customer Service

Customer Service in general doesn’t exist. Companies don’t want to help you with problems with their service but they do expect your money. You ever notice they claim it can take up to 24-48 hours to respond to your problem, but take them seconds to interrupt your service. Here’s a short list of some of the biggest abusers I’ve noticed, let me know if you agree:

1. Time Warner Cable (viscous cable monopolizing coprporate entity that shows it’s customers just what it thinks of them)

2. Sprint/Nextel (customer service reps don’t even speak English anymore)

3. Duke Energy (If you’re in the Midwest you know this customer service abuser very well, they’ve increased rates and decreased customer service exponentially)

4. Comcast (on the east coast these guys are pros at making you take a day off to get cable and stiffing you at the appontment time and then lying to supervisors saying they showed up and you weren’t there.)

5. _______ Bell or Bell _______ (Depending on your region you can fill in the name. Refers to the local phone company these guys nickel and dime you for everything spurring customers to run to other phone line and long distance carriers.)

6. Burger King (Had to throw this one in there because of all fast food chains the King is the Horse’s Ass when it comes to customer service and getting your friggin’ order right. Can I get a witness?!?!?)

7. Verison Wireless (Most expensive mobile network with the boldest claims that still manages to drop calls in my bedroom.)

9. Delta Airlines (What happened to you guys, eh? You used to be somewhat reliable. Now you just piss off customers and employees!)

10. The current Presidential Administration (Yea, I had to do it. If the job of our elected officials is to serve us their suppoters and taxpayers, these guys have managed to do the worst public service job in history, bar none! If that pinch you feel is your shrinking wallet and enlarging heart because you’ve been robbed so bad it could be fatal. I would have preferred a stick up robbery to this. Stimulus package my ass!!! Either pay off some more rediculous interest rates or buy more s*(* you don’t need. Way to go leaders…)

Anyway that’s just my top ten. I’m sure I missed some, let me know yours.

  1. Dell.
You shouldn’t have to struggle to purchase a $1500 computer. I could tell the entire tale, but suffice it to say that the problems have not ceased since I paid for the product and received it.
I will never buy from Dell again, regardless of what they offer.
The computer rocks- the service is deplorable.
