You are torturing yourself, but it’s not easy to just stop. If you really want to get on “with life as normal” then you will have to stop looking at this girl in “that” way. In fact, you may need to stop looking at her altogether. Avoidance is key. Otherwise, you will simply increase your feelings and get deeper into this nonsense. Good luck
