We were at MCcaren Airport in Las Vegas and saw a chillis to go. The girl at the counter was abrupt and rude, after taking my order, repeating it twice to her. My meals arrived and we boarded the plane. We ordered two chicken sandwich, no tomato (severe allergy) We received two hamburgers, both with tomato. What a waste of $20.00, plus you know someone else who expected a hamburger received a chicken sandwich. Where are the listening skills

This is the state of things these days. People who work at fast food generally don’t care about anything at all to do with the company they work for, and that includes the customer. My advice, at the first indication of incompetence, walk away. Don’t pay those people for screwing you over on your meal. There are tons of other places to eat at an airport.
