I am posting this so that everyone else knows as well about
this company called Canada Guard Security Services
This company is very crooked and doesn’t
obey Canadian laws. This company will allow
minors into the bar and allows alcohol to be
brought into the bar by other indivuduals
and also allows drugs to be openly consumed
Marijuana and other drugs and the security guards
working for him are told to ignore it and let it occur.
They are far from a legitimate security company
also they do not pay their employees for the hours
they work and you end up working extra hours and not
getting paid for the hours Francis will make
promises that he is going to pay you for the
hours you have worked but never does.
If you are a security guard looking for work avoid
this company. If you are a bar or special event
looking to hire security for an event please also
avoid this company.
This company is very crooked and should be avoided
by everyone if you hire this company you will
find yourself with legal problems because they refuse
to follow Canadian laws.
I wanted to warn everyone to avoid this company so
you don’t get ripped off as a guard or as an event
coordinator / bar owner.
Also I have heard that this company is currently under
investigation by the Private Security
