My Biggest Complaint About Busch Gardens Tampa Security

my daughter which is 15 and i with 8 other friends went to our first howl o scream this past thursday. the night started out great after our three hour drive. but about 1030 pm my daughter and her friend went to the truck because they were getting tired and were going to meet there as soon as we finished the last haunted house.but the time we got out of the last haunted house i had missed about ten phone calls from daughter, husband which is a over road truck driver in alabama at the time. i called my daughter to see what was wrong and found out what happened.while she was waiting on me and the other people in our party to come to the truck the security guard working made her and her 17 year old leave the parking area in out truck. which put them in ad part of tampa.i immediately went to guest services and asked for the head of security and he came and talked to me and then he talked to the woman at the parking lot and she said she thought was just kids hanging out. he explained to her that she needed to ask questions before we send kids out of the park. he apologized and got on the my cell phone and talked my daughter andd got them back to buschgardens to the front entrance to to pck me up.(yes two kids lost in tampa) he talked to my husband on the phone and apologized to him also.but our biggest complaint was how could this woman send two kids out of the park after telling her they were waiting on me. send them in a neighorhood they dont know. when my husband talked to another gentleman about this it just got worse. my husband was told they womans supervisor said that the kids needed to use a phone that she took them to the pet area. its like what did you say. my daughter has always had cell phone from fourth grade on.so its like it didnt even happen.he was told neither one of them was there so we dont know what happened really. you know if we did that we could e arrested for child endangerment. we go to buschgardens alot we have year passes and spend alot of money when were there we take at least 6 people when we go. i just dont understand how this could happen and then deny it did
