I bought a new BLACKBERRY 8520 CURVE from RAYA Egypt El Maddi branch ( Algrie square ) two monthes ago and suddnley when i recharge my phone it did not accept any charge and when i went to RAYA Branch that i bought my phone from there the send me to another branch in El Maddi and that branch did not accept to recieve my phone to send it to thier department of repair and RAYA staff send me to ELMOHANDSEEN branch .
Really RAYA call center didnor answer me after 10 minutes trying to know RAYA EL Mohandseen branch so i went first to ElDokki branch first and they told me about Wadi ElNile branch address .
I went to WADI ELNILE BR and i cheched with maintanance department my BLACKBERRY 8520 telling them about the problem and they told me i have to give them my phone to repaire it and i will have it back wihtin 7 days .
Finalley RAYA call center called me telling me that my BLACKBERRY 8520 curve i will not have again i do not know the reason so i told him OK i will have another one and they told me sorry we do not have the same model any more so they will give me SAMSUNG mobile but i refused
I do not know what i do know
