I wrote a letter backed up by 2 Drs. stating that I was in severe financial trouble and asked for help with my balance. My 3 other credit card companies lowered to interest rate to 0 %. Bof A would do nothing because I can’t pay off the debt in 5 years due to severe medical problems. Their solution to the problem is to do nothing. They were also very rude. Bank of America is the worst credit card companies I have ever tried to deal with.

Well… how do you think that the bank makes their money? It doesn’t just fall out of the sky, you know. They rely on people (like you for instance) who can’t keep track of their finances, or who don’t pay their credit card bills on time because they make money off of their interest. It’s people like YOU who have caused this recession spending money that you don’t even have and then not being able to pay it back. I understand you are sick, and My biggest complaint is people like you.

I accidentally submitted that before I was done. I was going to say that I understand you are ill, and I genuinely and honestly hope you get better soon, but what you are complaining about has no merit. If you have debts, you should have to pay them. My biggest complaint is people like you who can’t control their finances for whatever reason and then expect companies to bend over backwards to accommodate you as the world gets ****ed over financially.
