I just had the same bad experience with PizzaHut.I ordered pizza in midnight deal from PizzaHut Gulberg Lahore Pakistan and what i got was absolutely third class pizza and without any seasoning.I called back their customer center and tried to register my complaint and i was told that they will call me back soon.
TAKE A LOOK WHAT THEY SENT FIRST AND THEN AS A COMPENSATION AFTERWARDS

I didnt buy that bull**** and wrote to pizza hut global ,and informed them about the problem.After that i called Pizzahut Gulberg Center and told them that I payed extra tax and money for your pizza as compared to other pizzas makers here not for the reason that you treat your customer like this.
You have totally underestimated me as a customer and its my right to get best for the tax n money i spent and i am gonna get that, i have taken your pizza pics that has merely 5-6 pieces of chiken chunks in whole pan and will send that to all media channels and newspapers with the signatures of my friends and other people who were given the same third quality service or pizza.
soon after that I recieved the call from pizzahut center that they are sending a heavily seasoning topped pizza with softdrink as complimentary and are sorry for that .
I told them thanks but no thanks since i know people who have same complaint from the same outlet in Lahore Pakistan, and i will try and test again sometimes later and if they will provide good quality than it will be fine i will forget everything otherwise they have trouble waiting for them.
So if ever you feel you are not treated properly go ahead and register your complaint to “pizzahut global”

AND local center” from where you got that pizza ,But make sure you have enough proof and complaint recorded with their center otherwise it won’t help.

yea man, thts wt we call branding here in Pakistan, unfortunately, from airblue to mobilink to pizzahut everyones brands themselves caring , if i bring on wht they are doing to you , you wont beleive that either…..PIA flying jets that dont meet the international saftey regulations , they have jets with leaking pressure cabins, imagine that you fly on your death capsule any disaster can happen anytime, but shameless they are like always will not tell you that….DID YOU KNOW THAT??
Airblue doesnt provide safety jackets yet their 22″ 16″ 30″ models do tell you before departure about the emergency exit procedure like a robot…WAnna knw more??
Mobilink has been lying all these time about network clogging due to accesive overload of msgs n call during special holidays , infact they are running servers way above their critical limit , they placed 4 servers with few routers where they should have installed 12 …n you pay them extra money when you try to call you SUCCESSFULLY GET THRU but unable to talk hence you call again and here you pay them even more n still satisfied in the end , thats why they paid every user 50 Rs thrice during last 3 years cus their AS** was burned by some freak like me who proved it ……enough is enough i think what i expect from people of Pakistan is to stop playing numb n live, what to say about inborn salve mentality we inherit from our system, seldom i see rare glimpse of spirit of freedom , seldom i see awareness …… well….’ve my fingers crossed !
in the corporate world an underlying secret is ” to hell with you” live it or leave it , i leave it to you.

are your fingers crossed as you type this? i didn’t understand half the stuff you wrote. but I did get an idea about some poor jetliner safety. why not complain about jetliner safety instead of pizza. nobody on earth gives a roach’s asscrack about pizza hut pizza. it’s a joke. you only order it if you’re drunk or a redneck. I don’t go to McDonald’s for a good hamburger. You shouldn’t expect corporate pizza to be made with love and care. These are manufactured pizzas made by highschool dropouts. You want good pizza, try not being in Pakistan.

just got a pzone for 21.98 for 4 and it a good thing they sent sauce because their wasn’t enought filling, i mean we could of gotten bread sticks i have gotten them before and they were great but tonight no go. wellsville ohio 43968

Well guys i have been receiving lots of complain about pizza hut directly to my inbox, kindly email the company NOT me
one more thing i would like to share that pizza hut not only sent the compensation for the pizza but also the management listened to me very carefully and they have taken the good steps for the improvement, I consider this as a responsible act from pizza hut and now i see the quality has been improved which was my ONLY concern when i filed a case here.
To every one else who experience any problem with their service , they must let the management know and i hope their problem will be solved.

Guyz…..the same sub standard pizza case goes with super market pizzahut in islamabad….i got baked dough and had to drink a litre of pepsi to get it down….i never buy pizzahut any more….try Rahat Pizza….pakistani and GREAAATTT pizza!!!

m agree with you all. Pizza hut is losing its standards
Last time when i was on pizza hut mall road branch to give my friends party. The salad parlor was deficient in many things like pineapples cubes and Russian salad when demanded no satisfactory reply. I with my friends decided to not go again there and tried the gulberg branch but nothing improvement I could see there. These people are going to engulf all the money in the form of revenues but giving no qualities to there products. Pizza hut global should take steps on this matter.
