First of all, I am from Lahore and I am a big lover of Pizza Hut. But after moving from Abudhabi, UAE to Lahore … I haven’t eaten a pizza of standard.
Sometimes the pizza is very muched baked and sometimes its not the same.Ii havent eaten a good pizza from Pizza Hut and i am very sorry to say, whoever handles Pizza Hut in Pakistan is doing a very bad job. So many complaints and still no hope of getting things better. I wished I had the number of someone who has the charge of changings things in Pakistan. But too bad to say, Pizza Hut in Pakistan doesn’t care for its costumers and its very heart breaking.
And the second thing, about delivery service, this has happened with me 2 times: I ordered and my pizza never came and then I called again and they told me that your order wasn’t there. Can someone tell me is someone from Pizza Hut is playin with me? Cause I am very angry at some annoying things.
If Pizza Hut wants its costumers to be happy then i think it should be better they start improving the food quality and service quality, otherwise its just useless. You are just throwing your good name down the gutter.

i am also from lahore and i have losts and losts of complain about pizza hut .we have shifted from doha qatar. i am eating pizza in doha since i was 14. i ate pizza from pizza hut branch mall road. it was defrosted pizza .we complained about it but no body care. they have no respect for costumer at all. last time about 6 months before we orderd super supreme without onions because iam allergie to onions.but it was full of onions.we complained about at they took off the access onions from the top and gave us the same pizze.we are paying them on ther demand but they dont even care what we have orderd.last complain is that they dont issue us membership cards on our demant not even studant discount cards i personaily recommend not to go on mall road branch.no hospatality, no care ing and no respect
