My Biggest Complaint About AutoZone Portsmouth, VA High St W.

I visited the auto yesterday shopping for fender clips for my 98 Honda accord as I walk in I take note as a tall skinny older looking salesman walks by me staring at me like I visited his wife lastnite and split milk on his pillow…no hello or can I help you find something,just a mean mug.As I searched for clips for about 7 minutes deciding on the right ones the rude sales guy ask everyone else in the store if they needed help and they all say no but there I was still shopping with no help.Today I had to return the clips for a refund because they did not have any that would work for me.There he is again!As I wait in line listening to this arrorgant 50 yr old immature autozone clerk.”Next” he says looks at me….” I need to return these” he snatches the receipt out of my hand as I was handing it to him and he drops it on the floor and goes in to spaz mode slamming the reciept on the counter.After he starts the return he gives me a I O U and says “I will be with you in a minute if you could just wait over there”…I wasnt understanding why he stopped and started helping other customers!After abut 10 minutes I was boiling over the situation now.Then he began ringing other customers up that just walked in.Finally when the store clears he gives me my 7 bucks back and drops the change in my hand and doesnt say nothing….worst employeee ever and does not enjoy his job!Needs firing and a bullet in the head…Autozone in Portsmouth Virgina W. High St.
