My Biggest Complaint About Auto Zone Store Evans Av Denver

I went to the one at 6366 E. Evans Av Denver Colorado store number 0845 a guy name (NAME DELETED).. ….. it even says manager in customer services or whatever. I ask him if he could help me in finding some part from his computer, and he said no we don’t have that kind of services, I told him can I give you my car’s info, and he said there are only 2 person working right now and I don’t even have time for that. Just tell me what you want, and he start humilated me and tell me, you don’t know nothing about car, if you don’t know why don’t you bring that to the mechanic, do you thing this place is a shop, my job is to sell stuff not finding what you want. By the way I was a general manager for 14 in doing customers service and I have never been on that kind of situations. I just feel sorry for the owner of the shop or whoever own that place to have that kind of employee in your store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AUTO ZONE, AND I’M TELLING YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE, IF YOU WANT TO FIND YOU PARTS DO NOT GO TO AUTO ZONE. AGAIN DO NOT GO TO AUTO ZONE. Especially for those of you who live in Denver Area.

  1. aUG that is awful my husband works at a auto zone and i can assure you that that is not common. he was supposed to help you. yes you have to know what is wrong but they can help and are supposed to find you your parts. two people working or twenty. i’m sorry you had to go through that. for newer cars they do have the ability to plug in to most cars. but to tell you the truth very few guys who work at car parts stores are mechanics them selves. once again I’m sorry.

  2. please contact me regarding the incident at one of our stores. I assure you that the service you received is not the service we strive to give. Please contact me at scott.koch@autozone.com so I can address the issue.

  3. Oh my goodness! What a similar incident happened to me! It was Sunday around 4 PM, A young man was helping me on finding a host for my windshield, (by the way he was very helpful) he told me if you bring your car then I can help you with the right size of hose. So I went back home to switch my car. When I got to the store that young man was busy. So here comes a tall man kind of skinny mid 40’s or even 50’s and ask me want you need. On his name tag it says manager in customer service or something. And I told him that, that young man was helping me I’m waiting for him. But this tall skinny man assured me that he could find what I want. So I explain about the hose, and he said go to your car and find the size. I got confused because I was expecting for him to find it on his computer with all my car’s information. But instead he told me that he doesn’t have that kind of information on his computer. I told him I park my car next to your front door. And he told me that, My job is to sell parts. He also said that I don’t think you know anything about the car. I was so embarrassed when he said that, where there were people behind me. Anyway I agree with the complaint above, if you live in Denver area DO NOT go to that store (Auto Zone) corner of Evans and Monaco. I’m sure you could get better customer services somewhere else such as NAPA OR PEPBOYS. If you don’t want to drive to far, coming soon right next to that store they are building an Advance Auto Part if I’m not mistaken.
