My story is, if nothing else, plain pathetic.
I bought an Imac about 2 years ago and ever since i bought it I have had to initialize de HD 4 times, the logic board replaced twice, the superdrive replaced once and now I am on the need to have initialize the mac again!!!
Yesterday i called Technical support and some “person” yells at me and tells me “go back to your country you f@#ing idiot” before hanging up on me.
I called back again quite enraged because of this event and the only thing they could come up with was: “initialize the drive again”.
Am I missing something here or this people should be doing something serious to make amends for insulting a customer? I have sent some letters to these people at 1 Infinite Loop Cupertino, CA 95014 and I am going to flood them with emails until someone does something about this, because as the person in the customer services said to me “it is going to bounce back and is going to be under our jurisdiction”. My answer to that was that I was not happy with the service provided and the red tape I was going through was ridiculous. I stated that I wanted a replacement and by the sound of this man’s voice, he was not listening.
Finally, if I buy a mac I expect quality, if I have problems or issues with the machine I expect solutions, NOT abuse or derogatory comments; if the machine keeps having issues I expect something done about it! (a replacement!!). I am a paying customer and I DESERVE respect. Thanks to the money I payed for the mac someone was able to live another fortnight.
Garbage like this makes me feel like to move to pc.

Some of you guys need to lay off Apple. I mean I’ve had Apple products for years and not had ONE single problem with them. This has gotten to the point of being sickening reading “Apple did/didn’t do this and said this/that”

I have been using Apple for 14 years now and I have to say that there is no such thing as a perfect computer. If I use apple it’s because I like it.
now if you go and buy a faulty product and when you ask for help you get abused you go “shhhhhh”, it reflects a very passive attitude, people will rip you off for the rest of your bloody life mate, and you won’t worry or care…that might be YOUR choice but you have no bloody right to come here and tell me to “shhhhhhh”!
And you know what else? because I have the right of complaint, I started to make the same complaint on every single mac forum I can find….btw, does that annoy you? are you going to cry home to mommy now?
I have rights, you know, and take this as a food thought:

Yeah it does get old hearing about people complaining about Apple Corp. Don’t come in here whining, go buy another brand and quit your bitchin.
BTW, we don’t need a history lesson or whatever, if you come in here and complain, don’t expect people to pat you on the head and say “Good mate, aww you got treated bad, poor ting”!!
Just shut the f^^k up already, damn. Anyone has a right to say whatever they want here, this is an open forum and if you can’t take the comments, don’t post here. A 2 year old computer is an antique.

Godfrey, I’m sure Apple will go out of business b/c you have shamed them on every possible info site!! NOT!!! I just spoke with Apple support regarding my iPhone and they were professional and helpful.
One day people will learn that they can’t damage stuff and just expect a company to feel pity for them and give them a new item, like their ma/pa did.

Read this well and get it you retard: I am a customer, there is customer rights, I got a faulty product which I PAID FOR and not stole it and if the company that made the thing does not do the right thing I have the bloody right to complain!
