The Portland Maine store is absolutely awful! Twice, I've had to take my year-old iMac in for separate major repairs, and each time I had to nag, check on, and fight with the store to get them done. Yes, Apple's success has gone to their heads... why else would they call a bunch of hippie mall-rats "Geniuses"? Puh-leeeeze! You should try getting a repair done in an Apple Store.
