Has Apple’s success gone over their heads? I’ve been an apple person for a long time and Apple’s stores service has always been outstanding. But lately this has changed a lot. Now at the Bethesda downtown Apple store the Manager has a bouncer (I’m guessing based on his manners and the way the treats customers) at the front door. He’s function seems to be to harass people and keep them at bay from the coveted iPhones….What a change from the times Apple was small and services was a top priority. I would suggest you try the on-line store instead to the Bethesda store, Apple don’t have bouncers at the on-line store, yet.

Apple has very poor customer service. I wouldn’t buy a mac book because the quality is poor and the service is even worse.

You should try getting a repair done in an Apple Store. The Portland Maine store is absolutely awful! Twice, I’ve had to take my year-old iMac in for separate major repairs, and each time I had to nag, check on, and fight with the store to get them done. Yes, Apple’s success has gone to their heads… why else would they call a bunch of hippie mall-rats “Geniuses”? Puh-leeeeze!
