Moronic credit application failed to print my “instant approval” in the store. The credit co apologized for a software problem(overload?). NOW i am screwed until I get the card in the mail in 2 weeks. I called the credit co, I called Apple, I called Apple.com- everyone is powerless to sell me a complete set up because of a two second glitch. I thought Apple was supposed to be progressive, personal and OH YEA A TECH COMPANY THAT SHOULD HAVE DECENT TECH PARTNERS. Astounding… at this point they are bigger loosers than Best Buy.

Hey you are right, must have been my frenzied typing. BTW APPLE reacted FAST to my email complaint. Gave me some free stuff and I now have a new computer. Hopefully they will not be as agonizing as the current pc/zone alarm set up.
