I want to complaint about the best buy apple area service. The address is 478 Alakawa Street, Honolulu, HI - (808) 525-7182. Today is MAY-02-2010. I want to buy an IPAD in the best buy, the guy who is working on the apple areas wear black shirt, white guy, skinny and tall with golden hair. I was asking him: might I have an IPad please” he replied me: “did you got one before?” I said :” no, I did not” and then, he told his coworkers in the front of me, he said:” what these Chinese people are always buying the Ipad.” the Attitude is very bad。 Is that Racial Discrimination??? then after that I was going to the customer service, the lady was nice service, and she use broadcasting to call that man, i think she say is (Apple john) but I’m not sure. All the best buy service is nice, but every time at the apple section, that guy is very bad. Thank you if you can help me.
