My biggest complaint about Amazon.com is that their toy service is unreliable. Last month I ordered two toys for my nephew’s birthday. They were listed as in stock and “will ship within 24 hours.” Later that week I checked the Amazon “where’s my stuff” page and it listed a ship date in the middle of the summer (3 months after his birthday). I didn’t cancel the order, b/c i figured he would be extra surprised when his birthday present arrived that late. This has happened to me on another toy, too. Interestingly, I have never had it happen with other stuff. Coincidence, who knows? Annoying? Yes
