I also purchased a six month gift of flowers for my Mom for Christmas. The first month, the flowers were fine. But after that, each month the flowers got worse. The last straw came when she received these AWFUL flowers which happened to also arrive on her 88th Birthday. When I asked for the flowers to be replaced, the company said no.
Most reputable flower companies would gladly replace flowers like that.
I am telling everyone I know NOT to purchase anything from this company. they certainly don;t care about their customers and certainly have no pride in the product they provide. They could care less about you, so take your money elsewhere!

I had a very bad experience with them too. You should read all the complaints on this company!
I would watch out, read these other complaint listings which are pathetic evidence of their anti-customer behavior.
I will be taking my monthly club business elsewhere!
