My Biggest Complaint About Amazing Club - Not So Amazing

Back in May I had ordered the “Beer of the Month” Club as a Father’s Day gift for my Dad. I ordered the gift mid-May and was assured that it would be shipped out with the May shipments and would arrive before the holiday. However, he did not receive it until the beginning of July. Although the fact that it was late did not bother him at all, it did bother me. I was really looking forward to spending the day with him and was hoping he could have a few of the “special” beers I bought him for his day. This was only the beginning of the many problems I had with Amazing Clubs. While we did get our first shipment (several weeks late), we never received follow up shipments (there should have been two more). After two months with no delivery I called to see what happened to the remaining two cases that I had paid for. The very rude girl on the phone said that they were shipped and delivered. I explained to her that my Mother is at home all day, everyday and no one delivered them. I was then placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When she picked back up, she did not remember what the reason was for my calling and I then had to re-explain to her the story. I then sat on hold for another 5 minutes. The “customer service” agent picked back up and said “they will be sent next shipment” and slammed the phone down before I had a chance to confirm the address or verify her name, etc.

Another two and a half months pass and I called back because we still have not received anything. Another rude agent answers, says they were delivered, and accuses me of lying. Obviously, customer service is not included in the $100 I spent on the beer and I have come to terms with this. However, I want what I paid for. That is it. So she said they would be shipped by January. This phone call took place mid- November! So to date, we have still only gotten one shipment of beer. Maybe the remaining part of his Father’s Day gift will make it in time for his birthday which is Feb 28. But I won’t hold my breath. And I def. wont be ordering from Amazing Clubs again, either!

  1. After reading all this stuff about Amazing Clubs Beer of the Month Clubs not delivering beer, I am grateful that when my buddy bought me the 3-month service that I actually got a case of beer for three months. Sorry your having these problems.

  2. This is the tip of the iceberg with complaints on Amazing Clubs. My wife just had a terrible experience with them and there are many more complaints on this other page that I found that I’m just amazed that they are getting away with this -

  3. So sorry you guys are having problems, i just ordered all my christmas gifts from this company and everything has been perfect. One stop, It was the easiest time i have ever had. They had everything that my family likes and all have said that there gift was the best.
